The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Situated in the most emblematic street of Porto, Rua de Santa Catarina, close to everything you need to make your stay a memorable one - several restaurants, cafes and bars, public transport (metro, buses and trains - 10 minutes walk) from the magnificent São Bento station) and also from the Tourist Office.

￫ Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is equipped with a sofa bed for one person and a working desk.
Accessed by steep stairs.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room is modernly decorated and features a flat-screen TV, a double bed and a dining table for 4.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Rua de Santa Catarina, a commercial artery 1500 meters long, is the main commercial center of Porto. This street is absurdly elegant and romantic, with tasteful boutiques, striped stone paths and lively crowds. It is home to the most ornate tea room in Porto, the Art Nouveau Cafe Majestic, and the extraordinary Capela das Almas, decorated with tiles.

You will find most of the international shops, but if you wish to venture into the small alleys on both sides of the street, you will find many traditional shops. You can even try to resist the pâtisseries of mouthwatering and not resisting bread because Portuguese bread is an experience! Go back for more ... Try the "Pérola do Bolhão", a grocery store on Rua Formosa, 279 or Arcadia bakery on Rua do Almada, 63. And while shopping, try one of the shoe stores to get something comfortable, because we will take you to various places with this guide!

Next to Rua de Santa Catarina, you will find the Bolhão Market, a typical market absolutely not to be missed! And, of course, the flower market (from April to October) in Praça da Liberdade.

If you are traveling by plane from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, there are a few options to go to the property.

￫ Metro
If you come by plane, there are many options to get to the apartment. The cheapest is, by far, the metro with a trip between the 25 and the 30 minutes.
The nearest metro station (Bolhão) is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber is also a possibility, but for a faster and easier arrival, please contact us so we can arrange a Transfer Service that awaits you at the airport (subject to extra cost).

The nearest parking lot, located on Dom João I Square, is 650 meters from the apartment.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
