Our studios are non-smoking environments.  
Air-conditioned studio with garden. The apartment has a master bedroom, where you will find a cozy double bed, a TV on the wall, a small dining table and plenty of storage. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, including an oven and a microwave. In the WC, you will find a sizeable shower with luxurious hydromassage jets.  
A deposit (security deposit) of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.  
CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS CANNOT STAY IN THE HOUSE.  
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
