Portugal is well known for its beaches, and the ones in Porto are no exception. The Foz beach is a coastal gem whereby you can unwind, enjoy the sun and the salty air. If you get too hot, you can easily cool down at one of the beach bars around the area. To really blend in with the locals, you can order a gin-based drink and relax while you´re at it. It was very spacious and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the bus. I only had one complaint and that was the ceiling in the small bathroom needed some work.
