The only downside is that there is building work going on in the hotel, it was no big deal but it did start around 8:30am. This apartment was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything around and they have great communication and respond quickly. The receptionist barges into my room, shouting why I left the towels and not to go looking around for things! Her name I believe was Sophia. Shocked at her behavior, I declined to communicate and shut the door. It’s a mall street for pedestrians. Great location. Parking garage was only 2 blocks away and only $10/night. The room was beautiful and clean. It included a blow dryer, and a kitchenette. We would definitely stay again. Close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. 10 min walk to Sao Bento train station, 3 min walk to subway station. The apartment is well designed and has very high ceiling. Having a kitchen is very handy. It's a bit noisy though as the sound insulation of the windows is not that good.
