Very nice close to city center i just didn’t like how I had to go out of my room to use the bathroom and once in the room we can hear everyone outside of the room. Nice breakfast and nice staff

Convenient to the metro station. Breakfast buffet was great, except a little late in starting. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. My room was rather spartan, with a bathroom, albeit private, outside the room with a separate hall entrance. The toilet didn't work great. The room was a bit noisy.

Even if it was a short stay but have to stay it was a good place ,room is clean ,the host is nice and the guest house is located in a very nice and calm area definetly i would reserve in it again

The staff completely makes this property. They were super friendly and gave us multiple maps of the city upon arrival, took the time to mark all the main attractions, and help us find our way back to the property. Even gave us recommendations for good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is the best I've had in any hotel/hostel of this level, with fresh good quality croissants, ham and cheese, pan au chocolate, good coffee. You can even refill your water bottles for no extra charge. Will definitely stay here again!

..All Very Good! Customer Service Excellent!.
The location was for a price that was right! 15 minute walk to Porto Main Train Station, 15 minute walk to centre! So many nice "Pasteleria's" nearby at cheap reasonable prices! Staff excellent and so informative! Plenty of Hot Water, small shared shower - but okay for 1 night! Bed quite firm with soft pillows - but I slept okay...1 or 2 nights fine! Had a takeaway breakfast of pastries - it was ample. I would stay again if needs be! Thank you!

Amazing hotel! The room was much bigger than expected and included a wardrobe, table and chair, a few side tables, and a lovely comfy bed. It was very clean and nice! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with coffee, tea, pastries, yoghurt, ham, cheese, cereal, and on and on. The location was great and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again, it was perfect

Just a short walk from the city centre and the interesting river side. The guest house is good for the price, but our bathroom, although clean and functional, needed to be replaced. The bathroom apart, good value for money, good location and friendly, helpful staff.

Really nice base for Porto, five minutes' walk from Campo de 24 Agosto metro station, with a direct link on the E line from the airport. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room, and had the 'shared' bathroom for my sole use. Good selection at breakfast (coffee could have been hotter though) - ten minutes' or so walk to city centre, 15 to the Ribeira riverside district. For the price I paid for an Expedia bundle (£138 including daytime flights from Bristol), amazing value.

An uncomfortable stay, not recommended
The first night, I woke up freezing cold and was unable to turn on the space heater. I moved rooms for the next night, and then the different heating system was so loud, it woke me up each hour turning on and off. The manager had to come prop it open with paper so that heat would come out properly. The noise problem was fixed with earplugs, but the price of the rooms was not worth the value at all, and the bathrooms had very strong bad smells. I purchased new toiletries but left them in the shower when I departed, but when I called the next two days asking if I could come retrieve them, they said they had not found anything. I would not recommend this place- much better value exists for the same price. I chose a new hotel for the third night at a cheaper price that was absolutely amazing. I did really like the manager at Mirandesa though, but overall I can't recommend it.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. As you were able to see for yourself the heater was in perfect working condition, you should have come to us when you did not understand how it worked the night before.

Beautiful Porto
Very budget accommodation, its more like a hostel than a guesthouse. We had two nights there and was ok for us as we were out all day. The room was very small and we had to put our backpacks in a corner. I would hate to have had two large suitcases as would have been no room then. Checkin staff were very helpful with ideas on where to eat and how to get to places, walking distance to old town about 15 mins, lots of cafes and eateries around. Shared bathroom and toilet, which was cleaned daily but definitely could do with a freshen up even a coat of paint would help and toilet a bit wobbly when getting off. Slightly noisy when people are coming home late, not the guesthouse fault more like the inconsideration of other people travelling and not realising about respecting the noise code.We had the air con as too noisy on the street no matter what time of day or night it was. Wifi was terrible and you could not access in room it kept dropping out so we had to sit out on steps in corridor to do any forward planning. We did not experience breakfast as were we left early to do trips but staff left us a small pack of croissants to take with us. They need to include a "do not disturb" sign for the rooms so cleaner does not enter if we request, there was no need for someone to come into our rooms for that short stay if we did not want.

Not very clean and no heating in my room I went back late and was too tired to bother asking for it so I decided to sleep. It was freezing cold and super noisy. I’m not where the noise comes from, but it was very difficult to sleep. But location is good and staff was very helpful and kind.

We don't receive many complaints about the cleanliness of our rooms but of course you may always find something not to your satisfaction when you are looking for it. As for the noise, it comes from the street. Regret that you did not come to us to help you with the air conditioning. It might have made your stay a little more confortable.

スタッフの方はみなさんとても親切でした。シャワー、トイレ、ベッドなどもきれいに掃除されていました。朝食もパン、エッグタルト、ハム、チーズ、コーヒー、ジュースなど色々置いてあり、美味しかったです。ただ、部屋の暖房が効きづらかったので少し寒かったです。

Positivo: la que me recibió en el checkin muy amable y al día siguiente me explicaron cómo ir a diferentes lugares y me ayudo con muchas dudas que tenía. El desayuno completo, el baño aunque estaba afuera de la habitación era individual y estaba limpio. La cama muy cómoda. Hay un metro cerca y para llegar al centro son 25 min caminando Negativo: lamentablemente dejé mi dinero en la habitación el primer día y cuando regrese me faltaban varios billetes. Le di el feedback a recepción al momento de hacer mi checkout. Se mostró sorprendida y molesta conmigo jaja. Sin embargo es la primera vez que me desaparece dinero dentro de un hotel.

Dobry hote na krótki wyoad do Porto
Pokoje czyste, funkcjonalne, kilmatyzacja i balkonik, ale małe. OK na krótki pobyt. W pokoju wbudowany w rogu wC, kabina prysznicowa i umywalka już na ścianie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Nice little guesthouse next to Praca dos Poveiros making everything pleasantly close. Price included breakfast which was simple but enough for us. The people of Mirandesa Guesthouse were really nice and helped to make our stay really effortless.

Las chicas de front desk fueron muy amables!! El desayuno bastante bien y esta muy bien ubicado una zona tranquila y a pasos del centro. Lo unico que nos dio problemas fue el wifi que no funcionaba el primer dia y las cerraduras eran muy complicadas para abir.

Personnel courtois et compétant. Propreté. Petit déjeuner correct. Douche dans la chambre. Lavabo dans la chambre minuscule c est un lave mains ! Lumière défaillante dans les toilettes. Très mauvaise isolation. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le prix ne serait pas dépasser les 30euros

Petit déjeuner inclus mais horaires un peu tard : 8h30 à 10h30 et du coup, tout le monde s'y presse en même temps. Chambre au 4ème étage sans ascenseur pendant 4 jours sur 5, sportif ! Chambre mal insonorisée pour les bruits du suppresseur d'eau donc bruit de pompe à chaque choix que quelqu'un prend de l'eau dans l’hôtel. Finalement, il valait mieux que l'ascenseur soit en panne, son moteur fait un bruit monstre dans notre chambre.

Nos gustó tanto el trato como la ubicación. No nos gustó que pasáramos una noche sin dormir por culpa de un hombre que no dejaba de vociferar en medio de la noche y no había nadie que solventase la situación. A pesar de ello nos cobraron 8 euros de transacciones y no hubo ninguna clase de compensación económica

Los 8 euros que se cobran se refieren al impuesto municipal. Es una lástima que algunos huéspedes no respeten a otros huéspedes que duermen o descansan, aunque es una de nuestras reglas impuestas. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente causado por la situación que informas
