Absorb the peace and tranquillity and sit back relaxing with your favourite book on either of the two balconies absorbing the sun. The comfortable living space has been finished to a high standard to make our guests feel at home including fully equipped kitchen, Daikin climate control, electronic lighting, and blackout blinds. The apartment offers wonderful natural light and has floor to ceiling patio windows on both levels, showcasing spectacular and unobstructed views over the River and the Natural Estuário do Douro Reserve (bird sanctuary). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven that doubles as a microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The living room/dining area has access to one of the two balconies, has a cozy dining area for 4, a TV with several channels including international and a AC unit. The bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200cm) with en-suite bathroom featuring built-in Bluetooth speakers. This room has its own balcony, custom built-in wardrobes, electronic lighting, blackout blinds and AC unit. The guest room has two single beds, which can be placed together to create a super king (220x200cm). It also has a en-suite bathroom with built in bluetooth speakers, custom made wardrobes, electronic lighting, blackout blinds and AC unit. The location was perfect for us except the property is on a very busy. This would have been much less of a problem had we had A/C because with the doors & windows closed the traffic noise was much reduced. I contacted management about the A/C & they sent a repair man who said he got it working but within 5 minutes it was worthless again. Nearly everything else about the property was good. It’s very spacious, it was clean, beds were good, nice view. ##### Joe O. We entered the property and it was very warm so we tried to get the A/C to work. The actual air conditioner was cold but would not blow for some reason. We tried but were never successful in getting it to work. So we needed to open the Sliding Glass Doors to let cooler air inside. Outside of the property is a fairly busy road so the road noise was too much to keep the sliding glass door open. We were supposed to stay two nights but cancelled the second night because we could not sleep with how hot it was and could not open the windows because of the noise. ##### Matthew K.
