The Space:

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. The apartment also has a private entrance.

Just steps away, you'll find the Sá da Bandeira Theatre, the majestic Avenida dos Aliados, and the bustling Rua de Santa Catarina, full of shops and businesses. Enjoy the tranquility during the week and the lively atmosphere on weekends. In just a 10-minute walk, you'll reach Ribeira, where the Douro River awaits you with boat trips and breathtaking views. For a day at the beach, Foz do Douro is a 15-minute drive away. Explore the city with ease and immerse yourself in the local culture!



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service. The apartment is located at R. de Passos Manuel 46 2nd floor, 4000-381 Porto, Portugal. The nearest metro station is Bolhão station, a few minutes' walk away. From there, you have easy access to the entire city and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. Paid parking is available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/television package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess cost will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow access to a collaborator of the host for property inspections, with monthly visits expected.



We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to make a request!



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request!
