The apartment is fully equipped, and you won't be lacking anything during your stay. Around the apartment, you’ll find various local shops, bus stops (lines 202, 206, 300, 502, and more), and Garagem Dom João IV parking, just a 3-minute walk away. For those wanting to explore further, we recommend taking the number 500 bus, which departs next to São Bento Station. This route will pass through Porto’s Ribeira, along the Douro River, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and the final stop at the Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos, where you’ll find a variety of fresh fish and regional products from northern Portugal. Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request). There is also a wide range of public transport available to you. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will apply. If you lose the key, you will be charged a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7:00 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – cost upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.
