The Space: It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a dining table and an equipped kitchenette. There is a small dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, toaster and coffee machine to give you the comfort your vacation deserves. There is also an elevator and air conditioning for your convenience. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: You'll be in the center of downtown Porto. Next to Praça da República and a five-minute walk from Trindade metro station. A 10-minute walk away you'll find the imposing Avenida dos Aliados, the majestic Lello bookshop, the monumental Clérigos tower, the beautiful Carmo Church or the traditional Rua de Santa Catarina. Don't miss a visit to Ribeira or a stroll along our vast waterfront, from Foz do Douro to Matosinhos. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever necessary (price on request). A vast network of public transport is at your disposal. Other Things to Note: Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! All you need is your requirement (price on request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request). Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00\. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it can affect our guests' stay.
