About this property

Janika's Patio - New and Charming!

- New apartment, on the ground floor in renovated building, carefully decorated.
- Kitchenette with hob / oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with drier, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and capsules, and all utensils if you prefer to cook.
We provide a basic stock of coffee, sugar, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, cleaning products.
- Very cozy living area with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and smart TV: FREE NETFLIX.
- Delicious patio with table, chairs, umbrella, poufs, plants and a mural painted by one of the most famous graffiti artists of Porto, Costah. Smoking allowed on patio. (it is not allowed to do it inside the apartment)
- Heating in bedroom and living room.
- In the bedroom with double bed and closet for clothes.
- WC with shower. Shampoo, shower gel, hand cream, hand soap, and toilet paper are available.
- All towels and bed linen are provided.
- Beach towels also provided in summer.
- Cot, high chair, and cutlery and baby dish available.

Great Cute Place

The place was small but sufficient for three of us. It was cute and had space well used. It is a few minutes walk to various attractions in the city.

Wonderful apartment

Teresa is a very kind and attentive host. She was waiting for us at check in with Porto wine and chocolate cake. The apartment was very complete and tidy. The outdoor area was also very nice. The apartment is in an excellent location, in the middle of Porto and all the highlights are in walkable distance. Teresa made an information brochure about the apartment, Porto and also advised on good restaurants. We had an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this apartment!
