Duplex apartment in the center of Porto, close to important historical monuments and plenty of points of traditional commerce and services. Have the perfect stay in the heart of the city and enjoy the best that the city offers, by foot. The centrality of the apartment invites to pleasant walks, making your experience more comfortable. It has all the facilities to make your stay in Porto a pleasant and unforgettable experience.  
  
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, as well as a wardrobe, table and armchair, a bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, an equipped kitchenette with a washing and drying machine, cabinets and a TV. The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor of a building without elevator.  
For your convenience, you can order breakfast directly from our partners and start your day at home in the best way. If you are interested, ask us which menus BEFORE you check in.  
We have a crib, cutlery, highchair and baby bath, available on demand - if you need any of these items, please let us know before check-in day!  
  
All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.  
  
After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:  
\- Loss of key;  
\- Key forgotten inside the apartment;  
\- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.  
  
Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.
