### HM Oporto Studio Pool Oasis

Apartment in a historic building next to Santa Catarina, with gardens and stunning pool overlooking Porto Oriental. Explore the entire centrality of Porto and then enjoy some well-deserved relaxation in this hidden haven in the city.  
  
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building. It has a bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet and blanket, air conditioning and bedside tables.  
  
The living room has a sofa, TV, a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine and a good fridge.  
  
All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.  
Baby utensils must be requested up to one week before check-in.  
  
After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:  
\- Loss of key;  
\- Key forgotten inside the apartment;  
\- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.  
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
