Despite being located in a distinct residential area, proximity to the Historic Centre is one of this address's greatest assets. The "Casa da Música" metro station, located nearby, places you just minutes away from the heart of downtown (Baixa). Thus, you can visit emblematic attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, and the vibrant Ribeira area with total ease, returning at the end of the day to the comfort and tranquillity of Boavista. Beyond being the ideal base to explore Porto, this location is strategic for discovering Northern Portugal. In less than an hour, you can be walking through the medieval centre of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), admiring the religious heritage of Braga, or starting an unforgettable journey through the vineyard landscapes of the Douro Valley. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There are bus stops on the street, with several lines, and the Casa da Música subway station is just 700 meters away Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
