Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sauber und geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Dachterasse ist bei schönem Wetter ein Highlight und ein zusätzlicher Balkon an der Küche ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Allerdings gibt es in dem Badezimmer ein Schimmelproblem an der Decke und das Regal im Bad und Mülleimer sind in keinem guten Zustand. Die Möbel auf der Dachterrasse und Balkon sind nicht im allerbesten Zustand. Die Liegen auf der Dachterrasse sind eigentlich eine tolle Idee, aber die Auflagen sind sehr dreckig, dadurch dass sie immer draußen liegen. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und auch eine Gefrierschrank. An Küchengeräten gibt es einen Wasserkoche, Nespressomaschine, Sandwichmaker, Toster, Backofen, Herd, Mixer, Pürierstab. Eine Garderobe fehlt, für Jacken wären Kleiderhaken noch sehr praktisch. Ich würde die Wohnung nur für 2 Personen empfehlen, die dann im Schlafzimmer schlafen, dann in der Küche gibt es die Therme für Warmwasser und eine Art Generator, der immer wieder lautere Geräusche macht, sodass man in dem Wohnraum nicht gut leise schlafen kann.
Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein grosses Shoppingcenter ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, mit dem Bus oder der Metro ist man in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt.
