The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This apartment is designed with open living and kitchen areasfeaturing a large sofa and a spiral staircase that doubles as a hanging rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal, including an oven. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The two bedrooms feature a mix of double beds and couch beds, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The three bathrooms contain all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels will also be provided for your convenience. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
