Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! In this apartment can sleep up to 5 people comfortably. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Guests have access to the entire property We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just a 5-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Checkin was easy, except that they want you to set a new combo on the lockbox and it wasn't obvious how. (That only took me a few minutes, but it was cold and wet, being December!) With the windows shut, it was very quiet, even though it overlooks Metro tracks.There are a few things that could use some fairly simple and cheap fixes, though; mainly, the shower leaks a lot from both sides and has nowhere to put things, and the bathroom is rather cold even if the door is left open (we visited in December), especially the tile floor.Overall, good to very good, but could be great with some tweaks. ##### Dave A.
