This lovely home with 70m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room has a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. The apartment has two homely bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful stay. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Important note: Access to the bedrooms requires climbing a spiral staircase (not advisable for young kids or people with reduced mobility) Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is located in a lively and culturally rich area with various amenities nearby. The neighbourhood is close to several educational institutions, including the Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade do Porto within walking distance. There are multiple shopping options, such as grocery stores like Spar, a wine shop, and various speciality stores, including a chemist and fabric shops. For dining, you can find local spots like the Ondo Korean Kitchen and cafes such as Porto dos Gatos. The area also has a few recreational spots, including soccer fields in Praça da Alegria and a nearby public library for a quiet retreat. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Heroísmo, is just a 10-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Closest metro station is 8-10 minute walk. Everything is walkable once you’re there as long as you’re able to walk some hills and stairs. Unfortunately, the main floor of the apartments lights didn’t work so we were living with a single floor lamp. We attempted to switch the breaker back on per the host request but that shorted the whole house so we elected to leave that breaker off. The privacy of the main floor is lacking because the main floor windows don’t have curtains and 1 of the main floor windows in the center has no frosted glass. This allowed every pedestrian a front row seat into our apartment. The stairs are very narrow and unsteady so be careful walking up and down. The bathrooms were only stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 4 day stay with three guests. There were no laundry pods provided despite having a laundry area. There were no coffee pods provided, unlike all other apartments I have rented. The pillow options were not vast and there were minimal blankets provided. The comfort of the main floor sitting area was lacking. Overall the location was worth it, but would choose another apartment in the area if I was booking again. ##### Ashton F.
