This 3-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a balcony and a desk, perfect for those needing a quiet space to work or unwind. The two additional bedrooms each offer two single beds, providing ample sleeping space for all guests and one of them has also a balcony. All beds are furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The main bathroom is fully equipped, while the second serves as a convenient guest or service bathroom. Just a short stroll from the property, you’ll find the world-renowned Port Wine Cellars, including iconic names like Caves Ferreira, Sandeman, and Graham's. The property is also within walking distance of the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, an architectural marvel that connects Vila Nova de Gaia with Porto. If you’re in the mood for some retail therapy, the El Corte Inglés Gaia, a large department store, is just a short drive away, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Additionally, for beach lovers, Praia de Lavadores is just a 10-15 minute drive from the property, providing a serene escape to the coast. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Câmara de Gaia is just a 9-minute walk and General Torres train station is a 12-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
