It also includes a comfortable sitting area and a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Porto was chosen as "The City to Visit This Year" by Forbes 2017 and is a definite must-see city in Europe, even if it is just for a weekend break. Located in the north of Portugal by the outlet of the Douro River, it has a unique atmosphere with elegant neighbourhoods and large villas sitting on narrow cobbled streets. This soulful city was classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996. Porto is just the perfect size to explore on foot. You'll enjoy wandering down its alleyways full of history and nostalgia. An evening walk along the Douro River, visiting the vibrant Mercado do Bolhão or sampling its renowned Port wine are just some of the many things you can do in this fascinating city. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 5-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
