Tastefully decorated, this lovely 40m2 studio is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Mercado do Bolhão and Capela, das Almas! Stay active during your visit with access to a shared gym within the building, perfect for keeping up with your fitness routine. Located on the ground floor, this studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. You can also access the private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home and the shared gym. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Sá da Bandeira Street is one of the major commercial streets in charming downtown Porto, it is the crossover point of Trindade and São Bento Station. One of Porto's busiest pedestrian areas, the street was named in honour of Bernardo de Sá Nogueira de Figueiredo, a prominent figure in the Liberal Wars. The street dates as back as 1836 and it is flushed with historic buildings like Bolhão Market and Sá da Bandeira Theatre. Visitors will also find a wide range of boutiques and shops, such as Chocolaterie Equador or Leica Store, the first flagship store in the Iberian Peninsula. Take a leisurely stroll along Sá da Bandeira Street and find out why this is a go-to destination for visitors to the town. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 5-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
