This homely studio in Porto offers a comfortable and convenient retreat for guests seeking a memorable stay. The property is located on the first floor and accessible by lift. The living space features a comfortable sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a desk that can also be used as a dining table for added convenience. Additionally, you'll have your very own private balcony, providing the perfect spot to savor the refreshing, crisp air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, featuring a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Rua do Almada is one of the bustling streets in the heart of Porto. It's known for its lively atmosphere, lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, and historic buildings. The street is centrally located, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to explore and enjoy the vibrant culture of Porto. With its charming cobblestone pavement and unique architecture, Rua do Almada offers a delightful experience for anyone visiting the city. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 5-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
