Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this 70m2 dwelling is close to various top attractions in Porto such as R. das Flores and Torre dos Clérigos. The São Bento station is only a 4-minute walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.” The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary from coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment also comes with a washer and ironing equipment should you need it. All 3 bedrooms comes with a double bed each complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The 2 bathroom contains all the essentials such as toilet, shower and hair dryer with towels and free toiletries being provided for your convenience. There's also a balcony equipped with lounging chairs for your to enjoy the view. You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free, while you keep enjoying the city! The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note: the apartment does not come with cooking oil, salt and pepper. Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
