This space boasts an open living and kitchen area designed to create a welcoming and cosy environment. The living room offers a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, ideal for relaxing and watching a movie after a day of sightseeing. The open-concept kitchen is perfect for spending time together while cooking. It is fully equipped with cookware, cutlery, a washing machine, and a dishwasher to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. The bedroom is a modern haven, featuring a queen-sized bed and ample storage, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The ensuite bathroom is well-equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind. Guests can access a common gym in the building. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Santo Ildefonso is a lively neighbourhood in Porto, known for its charming streets and historic landmarks, including the beautiful Church of Santo Ildefonso, adorned with traditional blue and white tiles. The area is filled with cozy cafes, local shops, and a vibrant atmosphere, offering a taste of authentic Porto. It’s also well-placed for exploring Porto’s main attractions, like the Avenida dos Aliados and the riverside Ribeira district. Whether you enjoy the local cuisine, explore the historic streets, or soak in the lively ambience, Santo Ildefonso is a perfect spot to experience the best of Porto. The property is easily accessible by public transport. Aliados and Bolhão Metro Stations (250mts); Av. Aliados Bus Stop (260mts): Bus Lines 2M, 3M, 202, 300, 600; Pr. D. João I Bus Stop: Bus Lines 9M,10M, 11M, 200, 207, 300, 302, 400, 904, 905; Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
