The Livingroom is warm and welcoming, with a big window that lets in plenty of sunlight featuring a comfy sofa bed to sprawl on, a 4-seater dining table, and access to a lovely balcony where you can admire the fabulous city views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine for your convenience. The bedroom offers a pleasant and relaxing retreat, with a double bed to keep you snug and cosy. It has a warm and cosy ambience, and you also have ample storage and wardrobe space with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Note: Apartment is located on a busy street near the Metro works. Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. This is a great location to explore the city. The Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Casa da Música, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, and Ageas Porto Coliseum are all nearby. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
