The cabin-like interior design offers comfort and serenity to guests. The metro station is only a 6-minute drive away from the apartment. This 60m2 sized apartment is designed with an open layout; featuring a large sofa, kitchen which includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement and also a washer and ironing equipment available for your needs. The bedroom feature a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need such as shower, toilet and hair dryer. Towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free, while you keep enjoying the city! The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Keys to the property need to picked up from our office at a 2nd location in central Porto, very close to the Casa da Musica Metro stops. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This apartment located in a vibrant neighbourhood which offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and modern convenience. The nearest train station, Trindade is just a 6-minute drive away. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 19-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Garage for our car was a big reason we chose the place as well as the lift. Very clean and the washer was also a plus. There was an issue with the toilet that could not be fixed by third night which was disappointing but we got moved to another place within walking distance for our last 3 nights. It was a much smaller studio without parking and up a very steep flight of stairs so this was not ideal. After a lot of conversation we got the parking situated to allow us to stay in the garage of our initial apartment. Guest Ready is very responsive in What’s App which was critical for us this stay. If we had been able to stay in our initial apartment I’d give it overall 5 stars. Just a note, this apartment is a 25 min or more walk down to Porto waterfront and then it’s uphill back. Fine for us but might not be for some. We liked being less than 10 min walk to Bolhao market. ##### Lisa B.
