Beautiful and tastefully decorated, this apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfy sofa bed, a TV and a dining table for three. The windows in the area brighten the room and lead to the small balcony overlooking the city. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire apartment! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. The location of the flat is right in the center of everything and about 300 meters from the Sao Bento Train Station. The flat was very clean and communication with the host was great. Be aware the flat is on the 3rd level with no lift and dragging the suitcases up was a bit of a challenge. Also there is significant street noise ( especially on the weekends) and you need to keep the windows open for ventilation. Overall a great stay and a great value. ##### Steven C. The location is great and the checkin easy. Considering the price, we were expecting something slightly more comfortable. All in all just a little sad to have a nespresso machine but instead of cups there are 2 sachets of instant coffee for 3 days. All in all, not unhappy with our stay. What I liked most was the proximity to the sights. You could see the nearest train station, São Bento, from the window. Not even a 2 minute walk away. There were lots of stores nearby and cafés where you could have a very good breakfast. Everything just a few steps away. Ribeira was less than a 10 minute walk away. I would book this apartment again anytime for my next visit to Porto!
