The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step onto the private balcony, where a comfortable seating area invites you to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave, along with essential cookware and cutlery. For effortless cleanup, the apartment also features a dishwasher, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. The apartment boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, both with their own private balconies. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, a vibrant city just across the Douro River from Porto. The area is known for its rich history, stunning river views, and world-famous port wine cellars. They provide excellent opportunities for relaxation and water activities. The location is well-connected to Porto via metro and bus services, making it easy to explore the city’s cultural landmarks, shopping districts, and vibrant nightlife. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Parque Campismo, is just a 1-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
