This delightful 25 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 2nd floor without lift access, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. As you enter, you will find open-plan living and kitchen spaces. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a microwave and an oven. The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Cedofeita, one of Porto's oldest neighbourhoods, is a charming mix of history and modernity. The area is home to the Church of São Martinho de Cedofeita, Porto's oldest church, which dates back to the 6th century. Its cobblestone streets are lined with colourful buildings, quaint cafes, and boutique shops, offering a glimpse into Porto's rich past. The neighbourhood is also known for its vibrant art scene, particularly along Rua de Miguel Bombarda, Porto's "Art District." This street features numerous galleries and hosts lively events that attract locals and tourists. Cedofeita's blend of history, culture, and contemporary art makes it a must-visit spot in Porto. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 10-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Perfekt für zwei Personen, wobei auch zwei weitere Platz auf Great, cozy accommodation. Perfect for two people, although there was room for two more on the couch. However, we didn't find the latter quite as comfortable. The location is great. Close to the city center and at the same time only 10 minutes walk from the Trinade stop. Kitchen equipment was great, there were also once usable salt, pepper and oil sachets (this could be optimized). Arrangements were made quickly and smoothly, check in and check out independently. We also liked the fact that the apartment has air conditioning. And that you can darken the rooms. The hot water sometimes stopped under the shower and only cool water came out. The couch was a bit uncomfortable. A mirror in the living area would be great so that you can get ready while the other person is in the bathroom. The equipment in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) could be made more sustainable and large packages could be put out for guests to help themselves to. ##### Julia K.
