This delightful 120 m2 duplex apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs. The wooden ceiling beams and light-toned flooring add a warm, natural touch to the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A small dining table is ideal for casual meals or work. The open layout also includes a compact yet well-equipped kitchenette featuring a microwave, cooking plate, sink, and essential cookware for meals. The sleeping area features a cosy double bed carefully made with hotel-quality linen and an ensuite bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment also boasts a private garden, which can be accessed directly from the bedroom, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing in the open air. Downstairs, you’ll find a second bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed and its own private bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 950-meter walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.
