Fitted with a comfortable sofa bed, the living room is the perfect place to unwind a day of exploring Vila Nova de Gaia. The flat also has multiple windows throughout, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Note: The property is on a busy street, so expect some noise disturbance. Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
