From here, you can easily walk to top attractions, local shops, supermarkets, and a wonderful variety of restaurants. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Just at the building entrance, you’ll find a dedicated coworking space — perfect for remote work, studying, or simply enjoying a quiet change of scenery. Inside, the living area is designed with comfort in mind. Relax on the cosy sofa after a day of exploring and enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the comfortable double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A charming peninsula serves as a dining area, and there’s a TV for unwinding with your favourite shows. Upstairs, the loft offers another comfortable double bed and ample storage space to help you settle in with ease. The bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival so you can feel at home from the moment you step inside. We can’t wait to host you — enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This is one of Porto’s most vibrant and famous areas. This trendy thoroughfare is home to various restaurants, shops and cafes, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing. Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train/metro station, S. Bento, is just a 6-minute walk. The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Es befand sich in einem Keller, zuerst dachte ich, es hätte gar keine Fenster. Mit viel Kraft kann man die Fensterläden öffnen, diese führen direkt auf die davor hergehende Gasse. Eins der Fenster hat Milchglas. Jedoch ist es auch wenn man diesen Fensterladen offen hat ziemlich düster und muffelt feucht. Außerdem waren ziemlich viele kleine Fliegen in der Küche. Zum Schlafen war es jedoch ausreichend. Die Kommunikation/der CheckIn hat reibungslos funktioniert! Und was alles andere in den Schatten stellt - die Lage! DIREKT neben der Kathedrale am Jakobsweg gelegen. Man kommt auch schnell zur Brücke über den Douro.
