The main space is both a living and dining room. It is spacious, bright, and has a warm ambience. It comes with modern furniture including a comfy sofa bed. The flat-screen TV is a great addition to the property and the dining table is a convenient feature for those who want to make their own meals or order. You will also find a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric plate, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The bedroom is a bright room with a pleasant atmosphere. It is cosy and warm, making it a great place to relax. Linens are provided for your comfort. Last but not less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. This is a great location to explore the city. The Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, Chapel of Souls are all nearby. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, Postigo do Carvão Restaurante, Taylor's Port, Jimão Tapas e Vinhos, Restaurante Mineirão - Cais de Gaia, Restaurante "O Escondidinho". Café Guarany is a great option for coffee. With easy access to public transport, you can explore all that this beautiful city has to offer. Just a short walk from Bolhão and Aliados stations, and a little further to São Bento Train/ metro station, you can easily get around to see the sights. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Check-in was very easy and practical. Lots of channels on the TV. Only table lamp and outlet did not work. One fan did not work. No manuels to help operate coffee maker or TV. Limited hangers and hooks to hang towels. I stressed the importance of an elevator and was assured apartment was on the first floor and no need of elevator, not the case. There was a flight of stairs (my friend has emphysema), bringing luggage up was a challenge. Would have been nice to know coffee maker takes only pods, no other coffee maker available. The only redeeming factor is the location which is fabulous. Because of that we made do. Definitely not suitable for a longer stay than 2-3 days.No brochures on the area and things to do; come prepared.Furniture and bed definitely uncomfortable. Le logement est très bien situé dans la rue commerçante principale de Porto à deux pas des commerces.
