It is located on the ground floor and has a terrace where guests can enjoy the fresh air outside while having meals or chatting. It is designed with open living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a queen bed where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality lines. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Porto was chosen as “The City to Visit This Year” by Forbes 2017 and is a definite must-see city in Europe, even if it is just for a weekend break. It has a unique atmosphere, lovely neighborhoods, and large villas on narrow cobbled streets. Porto is just the perfect size to explore on foot. You’ll enjoy wandering down its alleyways full of history and nostalgia. An evening walk along the Douro River, visiting the vibrant Mercado do Bolhão, or sampling its renowned Port wine are just some of the many things you can do in this fascinating city. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Heroísmo, is just an 8-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. This unit should not be listed for renting.In the right side of things, after more than necessary emails with the property, I got rellocated in another unit similar to the one I booked.
