Well located and safe building. Spacious apartment but definitely needs upgrading, for example a cupboard door is missing, old cabinets, washing machine did not work, and missing floor tiles. Check in was a hassle as you need to first get the key and then travel to your apartment. We hired the service to transport us from the train station in large executive van but driver showed up in small SUV so we had to wait for a second driver for 15 minutes as we are a group of 6\.
