A lovely hotel in a great location. So many amenities outside the hotel but lovely and comfortable to come back to. The staff at front desk were amazing esp Eldar (hope spelt that right). Nothing was too much a great welcome really starts your holiday off well and he did that. All staff were lovely too. Breakfast was sufficient but so many places outside of hotel to eat at.

Though the staff was nice and accommodating, there were a few things that could use updating or maintenance. Some of the sitting areas in particular the reception area and breakfast are were stained or excessively worn. The hall way to our room 505 was extremely warm. The room was good and the halls were clean and up to date. The location was excellent, entrance could be more inviting, it was simple. On all it's good for a short stay.

Great location in Porto. Buffet was appreciated each morning. We were able to explore Porto and its surrounding sights from this base. Lots of restaurants were close by. Bed is super comfy but there was street noise. I was so tired each night I fell asleep with no problem. There were no face cloths available at this hotel, but that seems to be an American expectation, not so much European. Staff was helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and tidy each of the three days we stayed.

This is the second time I brought a group here to stay. It’s always excellent. Good location and really nice hotel, but for me what’s most important is that the staff there is top notch. They made my stay very easy and I felt supported. They go above and beyond.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We opted for a superior room which had the most efficient AC system we have ever found in a room. It was so quiet but did the job perfectly. Other amenities included water in the room, well fitting curtains, a very comfortable bed, slippers, a safe, plenty of hanging space, good bedside reading lights. The bathroom was also excellent with plenty of space and amenities. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very helpful. The location is on a quiet street very near lots of good restaurants and a Thai bar across the road where a large beer and a glass of wine was 7 euro! It is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Porto Would highly recomend this hotel
