Ça reste proche de la rive mais assez éloigné pour eviter le bruit des quais du Douro.Le week-end il y a les soirees avec de la musique qu'on entend des établissements plus loin mais ça ne reste pas toute la nuit.L'isolation sonore n'est pas top, on entends trop bien les voitures passez dans la rue, pensez aux bouchons d'oreilles. Les instructions d'accès sont claires et le support assez réactif. L'acces se fait via un escaliers qui arrive dans le salon. Il n'y a pas de fenêtres dans le salon, les seules fenêtres sont dans la chambre principale. La climatisation se trouve dans la chambre principale également. La 2eme chambre n'a pas du tout d'aération, quand il fait chaud un ventilateur est obligatoire.La literie de la chambre principale est trop dur pour moi mais ce n'est que mon avis.Les 2 ventilateurs etaient cassés lors de notre arrivée. En contactant l'hote, un ventilateur nous a été fourni le lendemain. Le fait d'avoir un extérieur est très appréciable, cependant la terrasse ne correspond pas exactement aux photos.. Les couverts sont assez minimalistes mais l'essentiel est là.
