With a private balcony, sleek decor, and all the essentials for a relaxing experience, your perfect getaway starts here. Laundry room available inside the building.  
  
The Space:  
  
Designed for comfort and convenience, this brand-new studio blends modern aesthetics with functionality. The open-plan layout includes a cozy sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony where you can unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying city views. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light, enhancing the airy and sophisticated ambiance.  
  
We would like to inform you that we have a garage available at a cost of €19/day. If you wish to use the garage (if there is space available - Reservations are required), you may do so by making this extra payment.

\- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

\- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
