Spacious apartment located at the beginning of the historic center of Porto, at Travessa da Regeneração Nº136\.   
  
This apartment is modern, bright and spacious. It has 32m². It has a double bed in the bedroom which is located on the mezzanine. It's on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator.   
  
It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower, including a hairdryer.   
  
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher.   
  
It has access to cable TV, Wi-fi, air conditioning and an iron.   
  
The apartment is in a strategic location close to the heart of the city, as it is just a few minutes away from the most beautiful monuments and the most delicious cafes and restaurants. It is close to various shops and services, such as cafes, restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets and car parks.   
  
You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions, and on an exclusive basis.

#### Really nice and cute flat, quiet place, close to city centre

Everything was great, the accommodation was really cute, clean and so nice. It was little bit hotter in the attic where the bed was, but no problem, AC solved it.
