Just about 300 meters from the Lapa metro station with the emblematic Avenida dos Aliados just 800 meters away, and just a 10-minute walk from the Clérigos Tower. The building was rehabilitated in 2024 and decorated by designers, however, being a historic building, it can only be accessed by stairs, on the second floor. Easy and smooth check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, free of charge in case of late arrivals. Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Smart TV with cable also available. Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center. If you are an explorer and prefer to walk, the center is about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a double bed (1.6x2) which can accommodate 2 people. The apartment is on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner. Both bed linen and towels are of hotel quality and are cleaned by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel. Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.
