The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There’s an elevator. The first night we noticed there was hair on the bed and the pillows. We communicated this to the manager. We were told that they will tell the maintenance crew however we didn’t get clean sheets. We appreciated the welcoming package of soap. teas,wine , shampoo, and shower gel . There’s a terrace out the kitchen. The washer was not in working condition. We told the manager but it was not repaired.

The location is great and having a relatively large terrace is also great. However, the condition of the apartment needs work. We were told before our arrival that the clothes washing machine was working but it in fact was not. The lighting in the living room space was inadequate, and the furniture was flimsy. Two of the windows, one in the bedroom and the one in the bathroom, were broken and would not close. The hot water in the bathroom sink came out in a trickle. Every day, at an unpredicatable time, but usually late afternoon or early evening, the refrigerator would stop cooling and heat up. Ice in the freezer completely melted and food spoiled. Twice during our stay the power went out in the stairwell and the elevator did not work. Vacationy, the management company, was not helpful with any of these issues. Again, it is in a great location but the apartment needs some work.
