They inquired as to our arrival plans and worked the check-in process around our plans. They offered suggestions for activities, eats, transportation. The apartment was well equipped. Surprisingly quiet given its location on busy streets. The patio was lovely, but it was a little too cool in the early mornings and evenings to make proper use of it.
