This charming duplex apartment with a balcony is located in the center of Porto, close to the city Hall. Ideally located to enjoy all that the city has to offer, a 10-minute walk from the Trindade metro station (direct access to the airport in 35 minutes). It is an excellent, pleasant and comfortable starting point to discover Porto and its surroundings. This beautiful duplex apartment is spacious, very bright and quiet, located on the 2nd floor of a historic building. It includes two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (sheets, duvets, feather pillows), cupboards, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, kettle, an espresso machine, an iron, and ironing board, and all types of kitchenware. The living room includes a dining area, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom includes toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel), towels and a hairdryer. You can make the most of the balcony to rest and have lunch. If you are traveling with a baby, it is possible to provide a travel cot (paid service). The apartment is in the center of Porto: so you can do everything on foot !!!! The nearest metro station is: Trindade, 50 meters away. There is a direct connection between Trindade and the airport (30 minutes by metro, 17 minutes by car). Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist schon nicht so schön (baufällige Häuser), das ist aber in Porto auch eher die Regel. Dafür eine zentrale Lage und trotzdem verhältnismäßig ruhig. Aus dem Klimagerät ist am zweiten Tag Kondensat rausgetropft, dies wurde nach einem Telefonat umgehend repariert das war Top! Alles in allem ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis! ##### Hubert K.
