The place is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with private hot tub and small garden, the hot tub may need maintenance as the hydro jets that creates the bubbles was not working very well but otherwise was a great temperature and clean. It’s located in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest selection of cafes and the main promenade, which was perfect for a relaxed stay. There’s also a small shop and grocery store less than 5 minutes away, which was really convenient. The design of the room, furnishings, and decor is phenomenal. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. It was clean and nice. Close to metro stations, historical parts of the city, as well as a good grocery store. However, there are two large dogs (I think Doberman) living in the block and they bark a lot, also in the middle of the night. Their owner does not silence them, they are allowed to keep on until they quit by themselves, which at times can take quite a while. One night we were waken up at 2AM from the dogs barking. At times we also had to close the balcony door, in order to reduce the disturbances from the dogs. Apart from the dogs, i find the neighbourhood very nice and silent.
