"The decor was very dated. The air conditioning did not work and I had to switch rooms at 11pm. A nasty guy who worked at the hotel yelled at me for elevating my injured ankle and refused to help."

"The hotel charged us twice for our stay and has not refunded the overcharges. Check your bill when you check out. Also the toilet wasn’t working and they tried to move us to an older room calling it an upgrade. When we refused, they finally fixed the toilet."
