This was a great property to stay at with very friendly, helpful staff and a very nice room and amenities. The only negative is that we found the bed not so comfortable.

The staff are incredible, exceptional customer service. They were attentive without it feeling “too much” and very personable. We’ve stayed at many worldmarks & hotels, and the customer service is easily the best we’ve experienced. Great location and appreciated having valet parking so we didn’t have to worry at all about secure parking. We were able to walk everywhere and it’s close to the bridges as well to be able to walk over to moda stadium. The deluxe studio was super spacious and the shower water pressure is unmatched!!!

Snow storm respite
We needed a warm place to stay and work while waiting for our power to come back on during a snow and ice storm in the area. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating even when we needed to extend our stay by another day.

Place was lovely, staff were cordial and very helpful! A lot of parking options in the area, but will definitely need mindful of the different rates and rules (the staff were very helpful in giving suggestions). Area by the waterfront is very lovely!

Staff warned us to not park our car out of sight of the hotel and told us there are areas we absolutely could not go to (a block away). Saw multiple drug deals and rampant drug use all around the hotel

The hotel stay was good. Room was comfortable. But it is normally a time share so they spend a lot of time trying to convince you to sit through a presentation. They try to pressure you.

The property is in downtown in front of the water park. Beautiful view if you get a room fronting the river, otherwise if inside view , you will be looking at the buildings next door or the hotel’s outside patio. Downtown is walkable but there are so many homeless people/tents around the area so walking around downtown is a bit iffy specially at night. Parking is $35 valet, there are 2 public ones next to the hotel if not full. Parking is just expensive in downtown. Period. Overall, the hotel is safe once you get inside . Staff are friendly, small store downstairs to get snacks. Cleaning and extra linens per request only. No restaurant on site. Know this is a timeshare property also so the staff may ask you to join presentations to give you info about worldmark timeshares . I like staying here for the river views specially in spring when the cherry blossoms are blooming. The units have small kitchens for the times you want to sleep in. The units are clean, something I look for in times of covid.

Was wonderful everyone was super friendly and nice helpful especially since this was the first time being in such a nicer hotel! Was given a bottle of wine in cheers of my bf birthday. Room was amazing set up lovely only complaint was when using the towels in bathroom though there was stains of hair wrapped in a few towels

WorldMark is cool small hotel in an old building with historic charm, yet well renovated and with awesome views of the river and park. The rooms are nicely renovated, too, with new and good size kitchenette, clean modern bathroom and individual AC/heating unit. I'd stay there again.
