The lush gardens provide privacy in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. Inside, the high, arched ceilings give the cozy space a sense of airiness and light. The house is full of period specific charm like original doors and knobs, and built-ins. Many of the furnishings were brought back by the homeowner from her time living in Asia. The two bedrooms and one bath are ideally set up for 2-3 guests. The home offers a large screen television and wireless internet. Though there is no available washer or dryer, a laundromat is less than a 1/2 mile away. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs and provides ample countertop space. Get comfy in the backyard lounge chairs as you drink your morning coffee or evening cocktail and you're likely to get a visit from the resident hummingbird and butterflies. Within a short walk is Woodstock Blvd full of shops, restaurants and grocery stores, including New Seasons, Grand Central Baking, the Delta Cafe, or Cloud City Ice Cream. The neighborhood is quiet. There was plenty of parking. There is a Trader Joe's, a Walgreens, and a Cafe in walking distance from the property.
