My wife and I have disabilities that prevent us from traversing the stairs. I did go upstairs once to see where the bedrooms were. My wife slept on the sofa and I acquired an air mattress that I slept on the entire stay. I saw a For Sale sign in the front yard and reviewed the Zillow listing. The house was originally built in 1894 and it was evident once we entered the property. There were piles of misc. items under the deck and I would not allow our dog off the leash in the back yard for fear he would investigate unacceptable areas under the deck. There was a sign on the AC unit upstairs that stated "WARNING! FIRE HAZZARD". If we ever choose another VRBO property to stay I will be much more diligent in reviewing the property in advance. It would also be helpful if property owners would provide the actual address of the property prior to booking the stay instead of waiting 2 days before the actual arrival date. ##### IAN S.
