Just 5 minutes from the beach, it offers comfort, relaxation and proximity to activities for an unforgettable stay under the Mediterranean sun.

A functional and well-equipped interior:

Upstairs:
-Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed with balcony
-Bedroom 2: 2 90 cm bunk beds
-Bedroom 3: 140 cm bed + 90 cm bed
-Bathroom: with WC.

On the ground floor:
-Spacious living room with equipped kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, TV, ceramic hob).
-Small shower room with WC for added convenience.
-A pleasant outdoor area for relaxing:
-Enclosed terrace with awning, garden furniture, deckchairs, built-in barbecue for convivial outdoor meals.
-Parking in front of the garage with secure access, sliding gate.
