Located in the secure residence ‘Les Mas de la Plage I’, just 300 metres from the beaches and close to shops, this charming, fully renovated holiday home offers the ideal setting for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Modern and practical, it has all the comforts you need for a successful holiday.
Upstairs:
-A pleasant mezzanine with 3 single beds, ideal for children.
Ground floor:
-An air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen area ( TV, microwave, oven, dishwasher , fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine and NESPRESSO, toaster, electric griddle).
-A bedroom with a large 140 cm bed and a TV.
-A functional bathroom with a washing machine.
-Separate toilets for added convenience.
Outside:
-A fenced, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.
-Private parking nearby.
Comfort and amenities:
-Washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
-Satellite TV, fan.
