#### Fabulous apartment 

Very spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment in a superb location in a quiet residential area just 5minutes walk from the centre of Alvor. The small condominium is beautifully maintained and mainly occupied by long term residents making it a very quiet and safe oasis. Communication with Sandra the owner is excellent. We will definitely return.

From the minute that Sandra ,the owner ,met us (and we were early)the whole holiday was brilliant. Sandra has recently renovated the property and it was immaculate. It was big enough for us two and four could have been comfortable .Certainly recommended

#### Winter break

The property met all our expectations. Appliances were quite new and obviously worked well. Took awhile to figure out European controls on various appliances, even after Sandra showed us how. Sandra provided heater to get us through cooler temperatures. The couple of times we needed her, she was very helpful and prompt. Even gave us sack of oranges and lemons from her own trees. Our arrival was delayed a few hours, but Sandra waited and was still smiling when we arrived.

#### Ideal Location

Property well equipped. It had everything that you need for a "home from home" vacation. Lovely and peaceful with well kept garden area and lovely pool area. Residential part of Alvor. The village centre 5 minutes walk away with lots of bars and restaurants. Would definitely return to this apartment.

#### Super ruhig und sehr geräumig 

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und mit den beiden Bädern hat jeder seinen Platz. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig, wie die gesamte Anlage. Wir waren immer allein am Pool. In die Stadt sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Einzig das Internet könnte etwas schneller sein.
